Oreo Cupcakes @ Sunday, June 16, 2013 Over the past month I've made three dozens of Oreo Cupcakes. It appeared to be logical at the time that 12 cupcakes would require 12  
Round 1 - Forgot the base. Dense, didn't rise.
 
Round 2 - Baked with Love. Used whole Oreos in the base.
It rose quite nicely, that half weren't frosted.
 
Round 3 - Light & Fluffy. One cookie side bases.
I do believe this recipe is the one that makes the perfect cupcake for me.
