Vanilla Thins - An Experiment @ Monday, July 22, 2013 Last Sunday we had an attempt at 'Vanilla Bean Thins' today, two recipes, two methods. Method 1 - Cookie Dough. Didn't spread much. Ended up as over-baked butter cookies. Nothing special. Fun to make.     Pipe it. Spreads. Over-baked hence hard and crunchy. But it's closer than the cookie dough - that or I didn't make the rounds flat enough.   
Next time we'll try method two but bake for less than 12 minutes.
